Part I deals with Workers Affairs in particular: the Institution management and leadership; trade-union organizations in the Institution; the preparation of the Institution in emergency and extraordinary situations, etc. Part 2 provides for the management and internal organization of the Institution. Part 3 illustrates the employment description cards.
