Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. The zones cultivated with wheat, olives, almonds, apples, citrus fruits, peanuts and vegetables located in the province of Tartoos shall be subjected to the obligatory fighting against blights and diseases (art. 1). The Inquiry and Fighting Units may carry out the fighting operations at the expense of non-attendant's farmers (art. 3). The Competent Agriculture Bank or the Competent Agricultural Department in the province of Tartoos will provide the necessary equipment, materials and instruments for the fighting operations (arts. 4 and 5). Formation of a Committee to supervise and control the operations (art. 6).
