Resolution No. 134 of 1998 adopting the Standardization and Metrology No. 1964 regarding fish and products-canned Mackerel as a Syrian Standardization and Metrology.

This Resolution is composed of 2 articles. Standardization No. 134 concerning fish and products- canned Mackerel and like shall be adopted as a Syrian Standardization and Metrology (art. 1).). Law No. 158 of 1960 concerning the repression of fraud and deceit will be applied on all violation of this Resolution (art. 2). Conditions and requirements for fish products -canned mackerel are the following: field of application; definition; method of preparation; general conditions; food additives; sanitary conditions; packaging; canning; transportation; storage; analysis; examination; label and technical terms.
