Resolution No. 138/T of 1978 amending Resolution No. 460 of 1965 regulating fishing in salt waters.

This Resolution amends articles 9 and 11 of Resolution No. 460/1965 as follows: marine fishing with the use of dragnets is prohibited from 15 May to August of each year (art. 9); nets dragged by boats may not be used at a depth of less than 25 metres (art. 11).
