Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 9 articles. Article 1 deals with the establishment and formation of the Council. Article 2 defines competencies of the Council in particular: scientific and technical control and supervision on instruments related to the implementing of the Consumer Protection Law; to lay down the general policy for the protection of consumers; to prepare annual plans and programmes related to the consumer protection; and, to study and examine instruments related to consumer protection. Articles 3 to 8 provide for the management and internal organization of the Council.
