Resolution No. 2159 of 24 September 2007 establishing the Environmental Affairs Department at the General Department of Free Trade Areas.

This Resolution is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the Environmental Affairs Department at the General Department of Free Trade Areas and the addition of it to the Statute of the General Department of Free Trade Areas. Article 2 entrusts the Environmental Affairs Department to care the environment and protect it against pollution in free trade areas.
