Abstract
The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation of raw materials necessary for the manufacture and production of veterinary medicines. Requirements and conditions for the importation of the aforementioned materials by the public, private and joint sectors and are: allowance to import raw materials from different sources and origins; Companies producers of raw materials shall issue analysis certificates, prescriptions of raw materials, validity and safety labels; analysis methods of raw materials not mentioned in medicine codes and regulations shall be provided with raw materials; imported raw materials shall be analyzed in the High Quality Control Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reform; obligations of authorized local medicine laboratories to import raw materials; safety measures related to risks and dangers, fire and pollution caused from raw materials; and, requirements for the storage.
