Resolution No. 22/T of 2000 authorizing the exploitation of the secondary thicket and forestry materials as well as defining the basis for that.

This Resolution is composed of 2 articles. Exploitation of Secondary and subordinated thickets and forests ( leafs, grasses, branches, flowers, roots and fruits) is authorized according to certain rules and conditions. The necessary requirements for the exploitation of the private property are: presentation of an application; land register certificate; certificate of birth; and technical control of the plan and place by an authorized committee. The necessary requirements and conditions for the exploitation of public property are: presentation of an application; and land survey plan and place control by an authorized committee. Licences will be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation.
