Resolution No. 233/T of 28 October 2007 issuing the Implementing Regulation for the Legislative Decree No. 25 of 2007 on forests.

This Implementing Regulation is composed of 21 articles. Article 1 gives terms and definitions. Article 2 defines conditions and requirements for the extraction, gaining and recovery of forest products. Articles 3 and 4 specify instructions, procedures and measures for the transportation, storage and trade of forest products. Article 5 deals with requirements and conditions for the issuance of licences for the importation and exportation of forest products. Article 6 pertains to procedures and requirements for the establishment of sawmills and grinders of firewood and timber. Articles 7 and 8 provide for instructions and procedures for the use, exploitation and benefit of the State forests. Articles 9 and 10 concern licences for the transformation of firewood of fruit trees and timber in coals. Article 11 defines procedures and measures for burning grasses, herbages, thorns and spikes close to forests. Article 12 defines requirements and conditions for the establishment of un-harmful and un-dangerous industrial installations in forests. Article 13 defines requirements and conditions for the establishment of aerials and antennas. Article 15 contains requirements and conditions for uprooting and cutting of forest trees. Articles 16 and 17 concern licences for land reclamation and reform covered by forests. Articles 19 and 20 define fees for services offered by the State and compensations for damaged plants and crops.
