Resolution No. 2657 of 2001 issuing the Regulation for the storage and marketing of agricultural and animal products.

This Resolution consists of 11 Chapters divided into 55 articles. Chapter 1 deals with terms and definitions. Chapter 2 describes types and kinds of storage silos, their requirements. Chapter 3 provides for the management of storage silos. Chapter 4 contains provisions on the receipt of products. Loading, receipt and delivery are addressed in Chapter 5. Delivery, consignments and transfer of products among branchs are provided for in Chapter 6. Storage and classification of products are specified in Chapter 7. Chapters 8-11 deal with the following: control on the movement of products; inventory; storage fees and royalties; etc.
