Resolution No. 29/T of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation establishing the Price Fixing Department at the Animal Health Department.

This Resolution provides for the establishment of the Price Fixing Department at the Animal Health Department. The duties of this department are: implementing laws and regulations related to the price fixing of veterinary products; revising prices presented by industries producers of veterinary products; laying down proposals for prices to the Technical Committee for Veterinary Medicines; participating in the control of laboratories and shops concerning prices; monitoring prices of raw materials for veterinary products; and laying down proposals to amend prices.
