Resolution No. 3 adopting the Standardization No. 78 concerning the biscuit as a Syrian Standardization and Metrology.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The Standardization No.78 concerning the biscuit shall be adopted as a Syrian Standardization and Metrology (art. 1). Provisions and rules of Law No. 158 of 1960 on fraud and deceit will be applied on every violation of this Resolution (art. 2). Conditions and requirements necessary for biscuits are the following: field of application; ingredients and additives; principle ingredients; optional ingredients; kind of biscuits; general conditions; sanitary conditions; label and technical terms.
