Resolution No. 304 of 2001 subjecting the zones cultivated with pistachio situated in the province of Hamah to the obligatory fighting against pistachio insects and diseases.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. The zones cultivated with pistachio located in the province of Hamah are to be subject to the obligatory fighting against insects and diseases (art. 1). The Agricultural Unit Officers may carry out the operations at the expense of farmers who don’t execute the fighting operations (art. 2). The Agricultural Unit Officers shall prepare the list of farmers included in these operation and the costs of equipment and instruments used for that (art. 3). The Cooperative Agricultural Bank will finance these operations (art. 4).
