Resolution No. 3055 of 1997 defining boundaries of Alfawar Spring and Ballouna Springs-province of Alqunaitera to prevent pollution and to be considered protected zones.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Boundaries of the protected zones of Alfawar and Ballouna situated in the province of Alqunaitera are defined as in the attached map kept at the competent ministries (art. 1). Agricultural (with the exception of afforestation and reforestation) industrial, construction activities and irrigation by the use of sewage waters as well as the use of pesticides without the control and authorization of the Ministry of Agriculture in the above-mentioned zones are prohibited (arts. 2 and 4).
