Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 15 articles. Terms and definitions are given in article 1. The Internal Marketing and Storage Department shall propose to the Board of the General Department for Cereals Trade and Processing , at the beginning of each year, the quantity of cereals destined for the exportation (art. 2). Article 3 provides for the establishment of the Sale Committee at the General Department for Cereals Trade and Processing, which shall be presided over by the Director-General of the Department and other 2 experts with the objective to study purchase requests. The Board will pay to foreign sale agents the commission of not more than 3 percent of the contract (art. 7). The General Department for Cereals Trade and Processing shall have the right to sell by direct contracts with internal and external auctions, and by direct contracts with external and internal official administrations (art. 10). The Regulation issued by Resolution No. 590 of 16 April 1978 is to be considered virtually and legally amended by this Resolution (art. 14). The General Director of the General Department for Cereals Trade and Processing upon the approval of the Board shall issue the Implementing Guidlines for this Regulation (art. 15).
