Resolution No. 3796 of 1998 defining boundaries of Basel Dam Lake with the objective to prevent pollution.

This Resolution is composed of 6articles. Definition of boundaries of Basel Dam Lake to prevent pollution (art. 1). The General Irrigation Department will take possession of the above-mentioned lands (art. 2). All constructions, industrial and agricultural activities into the above-mentioned zone are prohibited (art. 3).
