Resolution No. 38/T of 2008 adopting instructions and documents necessary for submitting applications to obtain licences for manufacture pharmaceutical and veterinary vaccines.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 deals with procedures to obtain licences for manufacture of veterinary medicines in particular the provision of the following: labels; side effects; preparation method; analysis certificates; requirements and prescriptions of active substances; requirements of internal packages; chemical and physical requirements; study of active substances toxicity; long and short term stability of medicines; and, photocopy of international pharmacopoeia.
