Resolution No. 4158 of 1998 subjecting deposits of pesticides, seeds and fertilizers to the provisions of Regulating Decree No. 2680 of 1970.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Deposits of pesticides, seeds and fertilizers shall be subjected to provisions and rules of the Regulating Decree No. 2680 of 1977 as well as to Resolution No. 824 of 1966 according to requirements and conditions necessary for each deposit (arts. 1 and 2). Owners of these deposits have one year from the entry into force of this Resolution to regulate their positions (art. 3).
