Resolution No. 4698/W of 1994 defining conditions for the issue of licences for cutting of trees along roads and highways.

This Resolution defines the necessary conditions for the issue of licences for cutting trees along roads and highways requested by owners of the authorized service-station. Applications must be presented to the Department of Agriculture and Land Reclamation in the province, provided with the area and number and kind of trees. Construction in these areas without authorizations of the Forestry Department are prohibited. Transgressors will be punished by Law No. 7 of 1994 on forestry.
