Resolution No. 4/T of 1995 defines steps and measures for the issue of licences for exploitaion of forest materials.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 defines steps and measures for the issuance of licences for forest exploitation and investment. The General Institution of Geology and Mineral Resources defines the working operations field, while the Forests Department monitors the implementation (art. 2). Prohibition to use explosives during the working operations (art. 3).
