Resolution No. 560 prohibiting the sale, possession and exhibition of brain, spine, eyes and tonsils of slaughtered ruminant animals destined for the human use.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Sale, possession and exhibition of some parts of slaughtered ruminant animals destined for the human consumption such as spines, brains, eye, tonsils and the like are prohibited (art. 1). Provisions and rules of Law no. 158 of 1960 concerning fraud and deceit will be applied on every violation of this Resolution (art. 2).
