This Resolution composed of 6 Chapters divided into 44 articles. Chapter I deals with licenses. Chapter II concerns with the registration of plants and pesticides. Chapter III deals with the concession of a pre-authorization. Silk seeds, bees and queen bees are provided for in Chapter IV. Agricultural utensils, machines and materials (Chap. V).
