Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 17 articles. The Syrian cotton will be classified in five classes according to the percentage cleanliness and defects as well as the golden cotton will be classified into four classes (art. 1). Cotton will be classified in the view of the length of cotton plant into three classes (art. 3). In case of fire, it is necessary to inform the Cotton Office in order to examine and classify the burnt cotton (art. 5).
