Resolution No. 69 of 2003 regulating the sale of fruits and vegetables in wholesale markets.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. The sale of fruits and vegetables in wholesale markets should be regulated as follows: (a) fruits and vegetables loaded in plastic boxes weighing 10 kg shall be sold by net weight; and, (b) fruits and vegetables loaded in any kind of package boxes weighing 10 kg shall be sold by gross weight (art. 1). Paragraph G of Resolution No. 2686 of 23/11/2001 is to be considered amended according to the provisions of this Resolution (art. 2). Transgressors shall be punished as provided for in article 3. Resolution No. 325 of 10/03/1990 and all provisions that do not comply with this Resolution are now abrogated (art. 4).
