Resolution No. 69/T of 2005 amending Resolution No. 8/T of 2003 governing the issuance of licences for the establishment of farms for non-fish aquatic animals.

This Resolution amends clause 2 of paragraph C (a, b and c) of article 1 of Resolution No. 8/T of 2003 governing the issuance of licences for the establishment of farms for non-fish aquatic animals as the following: (a) a technical committee established by a resolution of the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform shall carry out an inspection and control on sites intended for the establishment of farms for non-fish aquatic animals to verify the compatibility of these sites with provisions provided for in the Resolution No. 8/T of 2003 as well as to edit a report about them; (b) applications shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform-Animal Production Department to be examined and modified in accordance with the inspection and control carried out by delegates of the competent Departments and Offices; (c) applications shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform-Animal Production Department-Fish Division to be examined and modified in accordance with the inspection and control carried out by delegates of the competent Departments and Offices as well as to edit a report about the inspection”.
