Resolution No. 69/T amending Resolution No. 8/T defining requirements and conditions for the issuance of licences for farms and cooperatives to breed marine reptiles, amphibians, crustaceans, molluscs and the like.

This Resolution amends Resoultion No. 8/T of 2003.
Clause 2 of paragraph C1 of article 1 is amended as follows: “Technical Committees established by a resolution of the Prefect shall carry out an initial control to verify the compatibility with the technical requirements and conditions provided for in the aforementioned Resolution. The Committee is composed of representatives from the following Departments: Animal Production, Fish Wealth, Animal Health, Forestry, Agricultural Affairs and Technical Services”. Clause 2 of paragraph C2 of article 1 is amended as follows: “applications with all attachments shall be transmitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation-Fish Wealth Division to be studied and amended in the light of the verifying control carried out by competent authorities”. Clause 2 of paragraph C3 of article 1 is amended as follows: “applications with all attachments shall be transmitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation-Fish Resources Division to be studied and amended in the light of the verifying control carried out by competent authorities.
