Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation shall issue licences for the establishment of turkey breeding and fattening farms according to Resolution No. 9/T of 2003 and to the following requirements and conditions: (a) the effective internal area destined to farm installations and buildings shall not be less than 250 square metres; (b) the annual minimum capacity of the hatchery (incubator) shall be 50,000 eggs; (c) the number of turkeys of medium weight shall be 8 in a square metre; (d) the number of turkeys of medium-heavy weight shall be 4 in a square metre; (e) the number of turkeys of heavy weight shall be 2 in a square metre; and, (f) the turkey breeding and fattening farms shall be subject to the technical control.
