Resolution No. 77/T amending Resolution No. 88/T approving the Veterinary Practice Regulation.

This Resolution amends Resolution No. 88/T approving the Veterinary Practice Regulation.
Clause 1 of article 17 is amended as follows: “licences for practicing veterinary medicine in veterinary clinics shall be granted to veterinary surgeons which are registered with the Veterinary Surgeons' Trade Union”. Clauses 2 and 3 of article 20 are amended as follows: “the nomination of a pharmacist or laboratory chemist, in addition to a veterinary surgeon, are necessary requirements for issuing a licence to a indusries producers of veterinary medicines”. Clause 3 of article 27 is amended as follows: “a specialist veterinary surgeon is one who has obtained a master degree or doctorate degree in branches of veterinary medicine”. In Chapter 6 the following shall be added: (a) veterinary deposits and their requirements; (b) veterinary service office and its duites”.
