Resolution No. 83 declaring as a protected area the forests of Jabata in the province of Al-Quneitra.

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 declares the zone of Jabata in the province of Al-Quneitra a protected area in order to protect the biodiversity in the zone. Hunting, grazing, camping, cultivating, discharging wastes and soil, etc. in the aforementioned area shall be prohibited. Article 4 provides for the establishment of a committee for the management of the protected area. Article 5 contains offences and penalties.
