Resolution No. 84 of 1996 adopting the Standardization No. 867 concerning pesticides as a Syrian Standardization.

This Resolution defines the standards and requirements for pesticides CUCL2, 3CU(OH)2 in powder for agricultural sprinkling. The Standardization No. 867 regarding the above pesticides shall be adopted as a Syrian Standardization and Metrology. Violators of this Resolution will be punished by Law No. 158 of 1960 on the repression of fraud, deceit and adulteration. Monitoring the implementaion of this Resolution is the competence of the Ministers of Industry and of Agriculture and Land Reclamation.
