Resolution No. 8/T of 21 January 2007 considering forests, woodlands and timberlands as a private properties of the State.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 joints forests, woodlands and timberlands to private properties of the State. Article 2 defines service allowances and fees offered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform. Cutting or uprooting of trees in the aforementioned lands shall be carried out in accordance with Forest Law (art. 3). Article 4 entrusts a committee which shoul be established by the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform to value and define service allowances and fees for cutting, uprooting and sale of trees and forest products.
