Abstract
This Act establishes the Swaziland Citrus Board, defines its functions and powers and provides for the control of production and marketing of citrus fruit.
The Board is established as a body corporate and registered growers shall be eligible to be part of it. The Board shall, among other things, administer and control the citrus industry in Swaziland.
Fore purposes of this Act Swaziland shall be into citrus areas as set out in the Schedule to this Act. Growers of citrus shall apply to the Board for registration. Registered growers may vote at the general meeting of registered growers. The Act defines powers of registered growers at a meeting.
