Abstract
The Act establishes the National Meteorological Service; the object of the Service is to provide meteorological services in support of the social and economic development of Swaziland and for the safety and well-being of the people of Swaziland. The Act continues providing for the functions of the Service and of its Director, Deputy and Personnel, appointment of employees, etc. rohibition against unauthorised djssemination of meteorological data. Furthermore the Act establishes that no person or organisation shall disseminate any meteorological information or data unless that person or organisation has been authorised in writing by the Director of the Service to disseminate such meteorological information or data. Offences are also establsihed.
