Since the Defendent’s disposal of sewage and solid waste in the land the Plaintiff had a right of possession in was unlawful, the Plaintiff had the right to request that the Defendents removed such disturbance and pay for damages. The Supreme Administrative Court determined such removal of disturbance as that the Defendents must move the sewage and solid waste out of the land at issue and restore the land back to its previous condition.
