Act on Establishment of the Consumer Organization Council, B.E.2562 (2019).

This Act is enacted in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution for the establishment of the Consumer Organization Council.
Consumer organizations have the right to join together to form the Consumer Organization Council under this Act. The Consumer Organization Council shall be a juristic person with the objective of protecting consumers in all aspects.
