Abstract
No licence for fishing shall be issued to foreigners or companies with foreign participation (sect. 5). Unless agreements with other governments have been made, foreign fishing vessels or Thai fishing vessels with foreign crew may not fish in Thai fishery waters (sect. 7). The remaining provisions deal with enforcement and prescribe offences and penalties.
