Abstract
This Act is enacted to amend the Act on Leasing Agricultural Land.
Foreigners are prohibited from renting land for agricultural purposes. Provincial Community Councils ' powers and duties include specifying areas in which certain types of agricultural operations are prohibited. A Subdistrict Community Council shall prepare a register of tenants and renters within the subdistrict area according to the criteria and methods specified by the Minister.
