Act to Promote the Utilization of Research and Innovation Results, B.E.2564 (2021).

This Act is enacted to promote the utilization of research and innovation results generated from government agency funding which will be beneficial to the development of the country as a whole.
The funder and grant recipient must prepare a funding contract with essential contract terms according to the regulations set by the Science Research and innovation Promotion Committee. The grant recipient has a duty to disclose research and innovation results arising from the grant contract. The grant recipient or researcher who is the owner of research and innovation results has the duty to manage research and innovation results, and report on the utilization of research and innovation results to the funder.
