Act on Promotion of the Utilization of Research Results and Innovations, B.E. 2564.

This Act is enacted to promote the use of research results and innovations resulting from funding from government agencies. This Act shall apply to funding of government agencies whose objectives, duties and powers are to provide funding to support research and innovation.
The funder and the fund recipient must prepare a fund contract with essential terms and conditions in accordance with the regulations set by the committee. The transfer of research works and innovations owned by the grantee or researcher to another person must receive consent from the grantor and must be in writing, including registration of intellectual property under the relevant law, in accordance with the criteria, methods and conditions as specified in the regulations by the Committee.
