Act on the Protection of the Operation of the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center, B.E. 2561.

This Act establishes legal recognition, privileges, and immunities for the he Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) and its personnel operating in Thailand under the center’s charter in line with international agreements. The purpose is to support the Center’s role as a regional hub for disaster preparedness in Asia and the Pacific, enhancing disaster risk reduction, public safety, and economic stability. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is tasked with enforcing this Act.
