Abstract
This Act is enacted to amend the Administrative Procedure Act B.E. 2539.
The provisions of paragraph three of section 44 of the Administrative Procedure Act, B.E. 2539 (1996) shall be repealed and replaced by the following: “An appeal shall not have the effect of staying the execution of an administrative order unless a stay of the execution is ordered under section 63/2 paragraph one.” Part VIII, Administrative Execution, section 55 to section 62 in Chapter II, Administrative Orders, of the Administrative Procedure Act, B.E. 2539 (1996) shall be repealed.
In addition, amendments are made in Section 63.
