Abstract
This Agreement determines the points which connect straight lines at equidistance between Myanmar and Thailand in the Andaman Sea, for maritime zones that are declared to be territorial waters, Continental Shelf or Exclusive Economic Zone. The geographical co-ordinates are derived from a British Admiralty Chart and specified in article 1. The actual location shall be determined by a method to be mutually agreed upon by the persons duly authorized for such purpose by their respective Governments. The Agreement contains also a dispute settlement clause.
