Abstract
This Agricultural Futures Trading Act (No. 2) B.E. 2550 makes amendment on the Agricultural Futures Trading Act B.E. 2542.
Section 27 and 35 of the Agricultural Futures Trading Act B.E. 2542 shall be repealed and replaced. The retirements for issuing a license to be a Futures Agency, a license to be a Futures Trading Adviser, a license to be a Futures Broker, a license to be a Futures Trader are revised.
