Abstract
This Crown Property Management Act B.E. 2561 (2018) redefines the classification and management of royal assets into two categories: personal assets and assets of the monarchy. It grants the King full discretion over their administration, including the power to appoint individuals or agencies to manage them, with legal recognition through the Royal Gazette.
