Declaration of the Office of the Prime Minister concerning the Inner Part of the Gulf of Thailand.

The Council of Ministers of Thailand declares that the inner part of the Gulf of Thailand situated northward of the baseline which starts from a specified point on the Bahn Chong Samsarn Peninsula and running westward parallel to a specified latitude and which reaches the opposite coast at a specified point, shall be a historic bay of Thailand and that therefore the waters enclosed within the specified baseline shall form part of the inner waters of Thailand.
