Abstract
By virtue of section 93 of the Royal Ordinance on Fisheries B.E. 2558 (A.D. 2015), the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries regulates Formats and Methods for Requesting Catch Certificates for Aquatic Animal Products or Aquatic Animal Processing. It specifies model forms and methods for any exporter of aquatic animals or aquatic products wishing to request a catch certificate or a processing statement that aquatic animals or aquatic products must come from a fisheries establishment included on the list approved by the Department of Fisheries. If exporting to the European Union it must come from a fisheries establishment included on the list approved by the European Union.

This Directive shall come into force after the expiration of thirty days from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
