Abstract
The purpose of this Emergency Decree is for remedying and preventing the Shortage of Fuel Oil. The Emergency Decree authorizes the Prime Minister to issue order determining the important matters such as fuel oil production, distribution, transportation, reserve, international trade; electric energy production, distribution and consumption. The Emergency Decree consists of 11 Sections.
