Farmers Aid Fund Act, B.E.2554 (2011).

This Act is enacted to effectively manage the Farmers' Aid Fund.
A Farmers Aid Fund shall be established in the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
Section 7 provides for the activities the fund supports, including: (1) Promotion of the production of primary agricultural products or food products; (2) Promoting inspection and certification of quality standards of primary agricultural products or food products; (3) maintaining price stability and the sale of primary agricultural products or food products; (4) Necessary and urgent actions to prevent and eliminate dangers that will cause harm to farmers; (5) research studies for the development of production, processing or marketing of primary agricultural products or food products; etc.
