Abstract
This Act is enacted to amend the Land Development Act, B.E. 2551 (A.D. 2008). The definition of “Public utility” shall be added between the definitions of “Buyer of allotted land” and “Public service” in Section 4 of the Land Development Act, B.E. 2543 (2000). Other amendment are made in Section 7, 13, 28, 44, 50, etc.
