Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation is formulated in accordance with the Agricultural Land Lease Act, B.E. 2524. The Ministerial Regulation expands the legal definition of the term “agriculture” to include six specific activities: commercial cultivation of economic trees, mulberry for silkworms, mushrooms, grasses for trade or livestock, ornamental plants, and economic insect farming. This update reflects the growing diversity in modern agricultural practices and ensures that the business operators engaged in these activities are eligible for legal protections and benefits under the Agricultural Land Lease Act, B.E. 2524.
